Sutarmidji Hands over the West Kalimantan Bank CSR Garbage Truck to the Sambas Regency Government

Sambas - The Regional Development Bank (BPD) of West Kalimantan or the Bank of West Kalimantan distributes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Social Responsibility Programs.


Bank Kalbar provided assistance with a dump truck unit for the Government of Sambas Regency.

The truck was handed over directly by the Governor of West Kalimantan, Sutarmidji, as the controlling shareholder of Bank Kalbar to the Regent of Sambas Satono on the sidelines of a working visit at the Office of the Regent of Sambas Regency, Sunday, September 25, 2022.

"This assistance is a commitment of Bank Kalbar to distribute corporate social responsibility programs implemented to preserve the environment," said the Compliance Director of Bank Kalbar, Ilham Wahono while accompanying the Governor of West Kalimantan to hand over the CSR of Bank Kalbar.

Ilham Wahono said, so far Bank Kalbar has distributed a lot of corporate social responsibility or CSR funds in various fields, one of which is the social sector.

"This CSR is also a form of Bank Kalbar's commitment in supporting the creation of sustainable development," he said.

Meanwhile, Governor Sutarmidji hopes that the CSR can benefit the community and cleaners in Sambas Regency.

"Today I handed over the CSR of Bank Kalbar in the form of a garbage truck for the community in Sambas Regency so that Sambas can make the city cleaner," he said.

Governor Sutarmidji also invited the public to use Bank Kalbar's products.

"Make Bank Kalbar the main choice for the people of West Kalimantan to transact banking services," he said.
