Truck stuck in IPSWICH
IPSWICH - On Eagle Hill on Monday, a tractor trailer had a difficult time turning a bend and became trapped at a house's corner.
Around 4:40 p.m., a local phoned the police to report the event. The attending officer inquired as to whether the truck was indeed trapped.
The driver, a Connecticut guy in his early 40s, was attempting to release himself against the desires of the homeowner, the dispatcher responded.
The vehicle had to be freed, therefore Paul's Auto was summoned. That process takes several hours. The dispatcher checked in with the on-scene police at 7:20 p.m., and he radioed that they were "making positive progress."
