Maserati presents its first limited edition MC20: Notte

Only 50 examples will be produced worldwide.

Maserati has unveiled its first limited edition MC20, a stylish 50-piece edition it calls Notte. This special edition takes inspiration from the brand’s bold heritage, designed to capture the adrenaline of legendary motorsports past, present and future.

The MC20 Notte, the Italian word for “night”, is the epitome of nocturnal mystery and the intense allure of darkness. Its design was created in collaboration with top Maserati racing driver and former GT1 World Champion Andrea Bertolini. The race car features a matt nero essenza finish, designed to shine even in the dimmest light. Bertolini’s “golden touch” is evident in the matt white gold details on the Trident logo, side emblems and Maserati lettering – a nostalgic wink to the brand’s history in the world of motorsport.

The Bertolini influence also extends to the 20-inch matte black cage wheels, adorned with matte white gold accents and black brake calipers, giving them a sleek, predatory stance on the road.

The interior is no less eye-catching, with 6-way sports seats in black and grey suede, complemented by contrasting yellow stitching, carbon fiber inserts on the suede steering wheel and Trident signature on the headrests. Each MC20 Notte features an exclusive metal plaque and UNA DI 50 plate, denoting its specific production number and highlighting its rarity.

“Fuoriserie means ‘custom-made’ in Italian, and our Trident customization program is designed to create unique moving sculptures for our customers,” said Klaus Busse, Head of Maserati Design, adding: “The MC20 Notte celebrates the excitement of racing and the magic of the night, combining the ultimate in performance and Italian elegance with a touch of the mystique of the nocturnal world. This is the first limited edition Fuoriserie MC20 dedicated to supercar collectors and track enthusiasts.”

To mark the car’s debut, Maserati Global Brand Ambassador Andrea Bertolini joined Andrea Bertolini for a special teaser film showing the Notte in action, which you can watch below.

Following an exclusive preview for Maserati Tridente members, the MC20 Notte is now available to supercar collectors and track enthusiasts around the world – pricing and availability available on request through official Maserati channels.
