Nissan Presents a Modern Lifestyle at IIMS 2026

Nissan reaffirmed its commitment to the Indonesian automotive industry by participating in the 2026 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), which took place from February 5–15, 2026, in Hall B2, Jakarta International Convention Center, Kemayoran, Jakarta. Carrying the theme "A Legacy that Moves Forward," Nissan presented a range of products and brand experiences that reflected Nissan's long journey as a global automotive brand, as well as the future direction of mobility that is increasingly relevant to modern Indonesian lifestyles.

At IIMS 2026, Nissan showcased the All-New Nissan X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE, the All-New Nissan Serena e-POWER, the Nissan Terra, and the All-New Nissan Navara, each representing its own character, technology, and mobility solutions for diverse needs. Nissan's presence at the exhibition focused not only on products but also on a booth experience designed to showcase how Nissan vehicles are part of the journey of their users' lives—whether in professional activities, family life, or an active lifestyle.

Nissan's participation in IIMS 2026 underscores the brand's lifestyle-driven approach, placing vehicles as part of its users' life journeys. Nissan showcases mobility solutions that support a variety of activities, from adventure and active lifestyles, to sports and urban dynamics, to practical and relevant everyday mobility.

Bima Aristantyo, Head of Sales and Product at Nissan Motor Distributor Indonesia (NMDI), stated, "Nissan's participation in IIMS 2026 is not just about presenting products, but about how we build connections with our community's lifestyles. Through the theme "A Legacy that Moves Forward," we want to demonstrate that Nissan has a strong heritage while continuing to evolve to remain relevant to current and future mobility needs."

e-POWER Technology: A Relevant Electrification Solution for Indonesia.

As a brand with a long history in Indonesia, Nissan views innovation not as an end in itself, but as part of the evolution of mobility that must be applicable and relevant to everyday life. Amid changing mobility patterns and the increasing adoption of electrified vehicles, Nissan is presenting a realistic and accessible approach for Indonesian consumers through e-POWER technology.

Unlike conventional electric vehicles, e-POWER delivers the driving sensation of an electric car—instant and smooth response—without reliance on external charging infrastructure. In this system, the electric motor drives the wheels solely, while the gasoline engine functions as a generator to charge the battery.

This concept makes e-POWER relevant to Indonesian consumers who desire an electric driving experience, better fuel efficiency, and ease of use without having to change their driving habits. For both daily mobility and long-distance travel, e-POWER offers efficiency, lower emissions, and optimal driving comfort in urban traffic conditions.

With this approach, Nissan is positioning e-POWER as a strategic bridge to full electrification—practical, realistic, and ready to use today.

e-POWER technology is not merely a technical innovation; Nissan is translating it into a tangible product whose benefits can be directly felt by consumers.

Nissan X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE: A Legacy is Born, on Every Trail

One of the most comprehensive manifestations of e-POWER technology is the Nissan X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE. This SUV represents a fusion of electrification technology, sporty performance, and a modern urban lifestyle. The X-Trail symbolizes how Nissan translates global innovation into solutions relevant to the needs of Indonesian consumers.

e-POWER technology ensures the Nissan X-Trail delivers the driving sensation typical of an electric car, with responsive and smooth acceleration, while also being efficient for everyday use. The e-4ORCE All-Wheel Drive technology delivers optimal stability and control in various road conditions, instilling confidence while driving.

In terms of design and character, the X-Trail stands out as a sporty urban SUV with a bold stance, a comfortable cabin, and flexibility for use across professional activities, family life, and even an active weekend lifestyle. This combination of technology, design, and functionality makes the X-Trail not just a daily vehicle, but a part of its users' identity and lifestyle, including those who enjoy customizing SUVs to their personal tastes.

The All-New Nissan Navara: A Symbol of Modern Lifestyle

However, for Nissan, the future of mobility isn't built on a single solution. Indonesian consumers' needs are diverse, encompassing urban mobility, family travel, and professional and operational activities across a variety of terrains. Therefore, in addition to introducing electrification technology, Nissan also continues to strengthen its vehicle lineup with proven toughness and reliability.

In this context, the All-New Nissan Navara was presented at IIMS 2026 as a representation of Nissan's character and capabilities in the pickup truck segment, as well as a symbol of a modern lifestyle that prioritizes usability and flexibility.

The Nissan Navara PRO-4X features a reliable 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine, producing a maximum torque of 450 Nm, with responsive towing and acceleration capabilities in various road conditions. With a towing capacity of up to 3,500 kg, the Navara can confidently carry heavy loads while maintaining fuel efficiency for a variety of applications.

The Navara's interior is designed with modern comforts, including a large infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument panel, and a variety of connectivity features that make every journey enjoyable and connected.

In terms of safety, the Navara is equipped with comprehensive ADAS systems such as Cruise Control, Blind-Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and Intelligent Around View Monitor, all of which support driver confidence on the road and in challenging terrain.

With a combination of high load capacity, reliable performance, and advanced safety technology, the Nissan Navara meets the needs of users, especially off-road enthusiasts seeking a tough yet practical and comfortable vehicle for everyday use and out-of-town adventures.

With its robust character and proven reliability, the Nissan Navara VE is also the right choice for fleet owners and businesses, from logistics and projects to field operations, especially in difficult terrain that requires a tough yet economical vehicle.

"We present the Nissan Navara as a vehicle that can meet two needs simultaneously. For hobbyists, the Navara represents an active lifestyle and a spirit of exploration, while for fleet owners and business owners, the Navara offers toughness and reliability to support daily business operations," Bima continued.

Special Programs During IIMS 2026

The entire range of products and technologies showcased by Nissan at IIMS 2026 is designed to foster closer interactions with visitors. They not only see but also understand the character of each vehicle and how Nissan positions mobility as part of everyday life.

As part of this experience, during IIMS 2026, Nissan Indonesia is presenting the Lucky Dip program as a token of appreciation for visitors to the Nissan booth. This program is designed to enrich the visiting experience and create more personalized interactions, in line with Nissan's approach of prioritizing experience and closeness with consumers.

"By participating in IIMS 2026, we want to demonstrate that Nissan continues to move forward while remaining rooted in a strong legacy of innovation. From electrification technology to vehicles with proven durability, Nissan is present as a relevant mobility partner for the Indonesian people," Bima concluded.
