Blora Regent Warns Village Heads: 55 KDKMP Trucks Must Not Be Misused

Blora – The atmosphere at the courtyard of Yonif 410/Alugoro looked different on Wednesday (10/5/2026). A neat line of 55 brand-new trucks was parked and ready to become the driving force of a new economic engine for villages across Blora Regency.

Blora Regent Arief Rohman officially handed over the operational vehicles as part of the Village/Kelurahan Merah Putih Cooperative (KDKMP) program.

However, behind the handover, there was a stern warning to village heads and cooperative managers.

“Please really pay attention to their intended use. Don’t let them suddenly be rented out and go viral. Don’t let them go viral transporting things that violate the rules,” Regent Arief emphasized with a cautionary tone.

The KDKMP program is a direct instruction from the President of the Republic of Indonesia to strengthen people’s economy based on villages.

The 55 trucks will serve as the backbone for business distribution, strengthening supply chains, and supporting logistics for village agricultural products. The program is scheduled to be officially launched nationally by President Prabowo Subianto on May 16, 2026.

Blora has the honor of being one of 8 launch points in Central Java as part of the grand launch at 1,000 points across Indonesia.

“We want these cooperatives to be modern, productive, and digital-based. These trucks are their operational tools. We are also looking for partners so that the cooperative businesses can be synchronized with the existing LPG Bulk Filling Stations (SPPG) in the surrounding area,” the Regent added.

Training and Fleet Completion

Commander of Kodim 0721/Blora, Lieutenant Colonel Cavalry Yudhi Agus Setiyanto, explained that the main launch center in Blora will be held at KDKMP Trembulrejo, while other villages will participate online.

In addition to trucks, the government is also preparing supporting fleets.

“The vehicles will arrive in stages. Later there will also be three-wheeled vehicles and pick-ups. Currently, the fleet is being equipped with facilities such as AC, counters, and other accessories so they are ready for operation,” the Dandim explained.

To ensure professional management, cooperative administrators were not simply handed the responsibility without preparation.

Starting tomorrow, representatives of the selected cooperative managers (chosen by Agrinas) will undergo intensive two-day training in Boyolali.

The handover was witnessed by Deputy Regent Sri Setiyorini, Forkopimda, Regional Secretary Komang Gede Irawan, as well as sub-district heads and Babinsa. This synergy is expected to ensure that KDKMP does not merely become an administrative business entity, but truly functions to improve the welfare of Blora residents.

“Cooperatives must be institutionally healthy and able to provide real benefits to their members. Safeguard this mandate as best as possible,” concluded Mas Arief, the Regent’s familiar nickname.
