Mitsubishi Fuso Brings Five Commercial Vehicle Models at Giicomvec 2026

Jakarta - Mitsubishi Fuso showcased five commercial vehicle models at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (Giicomvec) 2026, held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, from April 8 to 11.

“Our participation in Giicomvec 2026 is a form of appreciation for the trust that consumers have placed in us, making Mitsubishi Fuso the market leader for 55 years,” said Daisuke Okamoto, President Director of PT KTB Fuso, at Giicomvec 2026 on Wednesday (April 8, 2026).

The first two models are the Canter FE 74 and Canter FE 74 Long, both equipped with refrigerated box bodies. These units are used for cold chain transportation.

Next is the Fighter X FN61 FSL. This vehicle was developed for the medium-duty truck transportation sector. The high-power variant is presented to support intensive operational needs and heavy loads.

Following that is the Fighter X FM65F TH 4x2, Mitsubishi Fuso’s latest Tractor Head product, specially designed for heavy cargo distribution with optimal fuel efficiency. Since its launch in September 2025, this product has received a positive response from its loyal customers.

The Mobile Workshop Service, built on the Canter FE 71 chassis, is a mobile service unit that allows vehicle maintenance to be carried out directly at the customer’s location. This minimizes operational downtime and serves as a symbol of Zero Down Time.

In the outdoor display area, Mitsubishi Fuso also brought a Canter Bus unit, a passenger mobility solution that prioritizes comfort, safety, and operational reliability. Additionally, the Fighter X Logistic Package was on display, specifically designed to provide convenience for logistics entrepreneurs.

In addition to the lineup of commercial vehicles, Mitsubishi Fuso also presented an interactive Zero Down Time Service Display. Visitors could directly experience a demo of Runner Telematics, which is now used by more than 84,000 users with 130,000 vehicles. The integration of the Runner Telematics system with automated detection features, such as Geofence, enables real-time monitoring of vehicle service duration at the dealer (Clock In – Clock Out) and ensures transparency and speed of repairs.

Furthermore, the Geofence feature can also be utilized by Mitsubishi Fuso truck owners to support their business operational needs, such as monitoring the time and duration of cargo loading and unloading, detecting if the vehicle leaves the designated operational area, and notifying the departure time from the origin and arrival time at the destination.

The digital integration is further enhanced by the MyFuso app, which makes it easier for customers to manage service history and spare parts ordering. In the after-sales area, there is a display of Genuine Spare Parts and Three Diamond Spare Parts (SCTB) as a cost-efficient alternative that still meets Mitsubishi Fuso’s standardization, along with an interactive simulation that visualizes the entire vehicle maintenance facility from upstream to downstream. This includes the 24-Hour Standby Workshop, Mobile Workshop Service, Service Point, and others to guarantee Zero Down Time.

“Through the Zero Down Time strategy, we affirm that our responsibility does not end when the unit is handed over, but rather just begins — to ensure that our customers’ fleets continue to operate without interruption. By integrating the toughness of the Canter and Fighter X with a fully integrated after-sales service ecosystem supported by digital innovation, we are committed to maintaining the smooth flow of logistics distribution in support of Indonesia’s economic progress,” said Daisuke Okamoto.
