Isuzu Introduce an Electric Vehicle, the Elf Electric Vehicle (EV)
PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) participated in the 2022 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) exhibition, at ICE, BSD, Tangerang, (Hall 7C) on 11-21 August 2022.
During this opportunity, Isuzu focused on promoting product innovation as well as sales and after-sales services.
Isuzu showcased a number of its flagship models in Indonesia, namely the Isuzu Giga FVR S Wing Box, Isuzu Elf NPS 4x4 Manhaul, Isuzu Elf NLR B Campervan, All New Isuzu Mu-X, All New Isuzu D-Max, and Isuzu Traga Isuzu Running Workshop Application.
Isuzu even introduced an electric vehicle, the Elf Electric Vehicle (EV), for the first time at this event.
The inauguration of the Isuzu GIIAS 2022 Booth on August 11, 2022 this time was attended by the Board of Directors of Isuzu Motors Limited, the Board of Directors of PT Astra International Tbk, and the Board of Directors and management of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia as the sole agent for winning the Isuzu brand in Indonesia.
"Isuzu has become the market leader in 45 countries by 2021 and Indonesia is a vital market for Isuzu's business growth globally." Said Koji Nakamura, as Regional Office Executive Isuzu Motor Limited.
"Responding to the government's challenge of "Future is Bright", Isuzu together with Astra, are ready to meet EURO4 regulations even since 2011, when the Giga truck was launched using a common rail engine." said Gidion Hasan, Director of PT Astra International Tbk.
"On this occasion, we are collaborating with Isuzu Japan, introducing the Isuzu Elf EV which can be seen at our booth to provide other options for Isuzu Partners in running their daily business," he continued.
Regarding after-sales service, Ernando Demily as President Director of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia explained that after-sales service is very important. Therefore, sales and aftersales must synergize for customer satisfaction.
In order to support service effectiveness and efficiency, Isuzu provides several after sales services, starting from digitizing the service ecosystem through the Launching of the Isuzu ID Application, to the opening of Part Depots.
Ernando also emphasized that Isuzu is always ready to cooperate with the government to implement safety regulations for commercial vehicles.
