Fertilizer Transport Truck Hit by Train
Cilacap - A fertilizer truck was reportedly hit by a train at the railroad crossing in Kawunganten Lor Village, Kawunganten District, Cilacap Regency, at 00.50 WIB in the morning, Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
The incident began when a truck loaded with fertilizer from Kalijeruk Village was about to deliver fertilizer to Klaten Regency.
When passing through a railroad crossing that was barred, but because the door was still manual, the truck was hit by the Kahuripan 301 train with locomotive number CC 2018304 heading Malang-Jakarta, and the E-8720-LA numbered truck was dragged 20 meters.
"There were no casualties in the incident," said Head of Public Relations of the Cilacap Police, Iptu Gatot Tri Hartanto, Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
However, the victim suffered minor injuries to the head, and the truck was badly damaged.
