Fuso Truck Loading Electric Pole Slumps Hits Honda Jazz Behind It
Sampit - A fuso truck loaded with electric poles slid backwards, after not being able to go uphill while crossing Jalan Tjilik Riwut, Pundu Village, Cempaga Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency (Kotim).
As a result of the incident, the truck hit the Honda Jazz. Which makes the car suffered severe damage to the front.
"The truck was unable to climb, so it slumped and hit the car behind it," said Dilah, a passing motorist, Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
The accident occurred around 14:00 WIB. The truck was driven by Kuwan (61). Meanwhile, the car was driven by Agus Rahman Hakim (48).
There were no casualties or injuries in the incident. However, the car that was hit was badly damaged in the front.
Meanwhile, from the information gathered, the accident occurred when the truck loaded with electricity poles was traveling from Palangka Raya to Sampit.
Arriving at the scene, the road conditions uphill. And as it turned out, the truck couldn't cross it, until it finally slipped and hit the car behind it.
Luckily after hitting the car, the back of the truck immediately turned to the left. Thus, the car driver survived. However, the white four-wheeled vehicle was damaged.
The accident itself has been handled by the ranks of the Cempaga Hulu Police. And the vehicle has also been secured, for in-depth investigation.
