Iron Concrete Transport Truck Hit the House
A truck with police number B 9837 BYV carrying iron and concrete suffered a single accident on Jalan Raya Serang, precisely Kilometer 21 Sukanegara, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, Saturday (9/7/2022).
Aput, one of the eyewitnesses, said that a truck loaded with iron and concrete started hitting the sidewalk in the middle. Instantly the steering wheel of the truck swayed so that the driver swerved to the left and crashed into a house on the left side of the road.
"The truck emits smoke from the front hood of the car, so the driver immediately leaves the truck he is driving," said Aput, who works as a porridge maker who was at the location.
He said, fortunately in the single accident incident there were no victims. The driver was also not seriously injured.
"Fortunately the condition of the driver is still alive, I thought it was gone, I was surprised that the car suddenly hit the house, and the owner of the house got out," he said.
Meanwhile, Supriadi, the truck driver, said that when the steering wheel got out of control, the steel and concrete would be sent to Tigaraksa. This iron is only moved from the warehouse to the place of sale.
"This truck that I drive is what I usually carry for a fairly normal capacity, and it's just that unfortunately it wobbled," he explained at the location.
