Four Houses Hit by Night Bus in Paciran Lamongan

This incident began when the Madu Kismo Bus driven by Dwi Andi Maryanto (37) a resident of Pamotan Village/Sub-district, Rembang, Central Java, drove from east to west or from Gresik to Tuban. At that time the speed was approximately 60 km per hour.

"This accident occurred in the early hours of Sunday (9/10/2022) at around 02:35 WIB," said Head of the Gakkum Satlantas Polres Lamongan Iptu Anang Purwo, Sunday (9/10/2022).

This bus, according to Anang, carried as many as 20 people. Arriving at the scene, said Anang, the bus swerved to the right, presumably because the driver was sleepy. "Because the distance was close and couldn't avoid it, the bus ended up crashing into 2 houses on the side of the road," he said.

Because the distance was close and could not avoid, continued Anang, finally a traffic accident occurred where the bus then crashed into the house belonging to Saiful Arif (48) and the house belonging to Hj. Karsuni (62) is a resident of Kemantren Village, Paciran District, whose house is next door.

"As a result of this incident there were no casualties, and the victim suffered injuries and material damage," he explained.
